The food & service is top notch , while in town we stopped over here twice just to experience Milanis again. If you are looking for an elevated cafe experience you have found the right place. Food stellar, drinks (koko frappe) …. Please another one . The display case is filled with amazing selection & provides as the perfect treat.

As soon as we arrived to Samoa, we had to come and check this place out! The waiters were very welcoming and helpful, the variety of the menu was great! Service was excellent and the food was so fresh and delicious! The viral pineapple and coconut cake was definitely worth the hype, I highly recommend this cafe.

Top tier breaky that's actually worth your money. Than you have the dessert section which is the best I've had by far in SamoaCoffee is a tad bit on the sweeter side, so you can order it to your liking I would 100% recommend this cafe Also, customer Service was amazing (definitely an 11/10) very considerate when it comes to kids. The waiterI forget his name but he is so thoughtful

After having a meal at Paddles last night, we were referred here by the owners brother. We didn’t regret it either! After a morning of being out on the boat fishing, we were famished so we split a serving of bao, I had the chicken wrap and the old man had the pasta. We demolished everything! It’s a quaint, lovely cafe with immaculate service - loved it!

Before our little tiki tour of the island, we had to go try the viral and famous Coconut & Pineapple Slice at Milani Cafè & Cakes. My expectations were exceeded because it was the best cake slice I've had in my life, creamy, coconuty and pineappley; it was amazingly decadent. Also ordered a Koko Samoa Frappe, some Minty Mango smoothies (one with and without mint) and a vegan poke bowl, all delicious and exceptional. Inside it was clean and inviting, and it took only seconds to be greeted by wait staff as we entered, they were extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend visiting if you are ever in Apia, Samoa. You will not regret it.

I follow Milani Cafe on IG so it was definitely on my go-to list when we were on holiday in Samoa with my family. They shared a slice of their famous Pineapple Coconut cake whilst waiting for their Mango smoothies and top seller Koko Samoa Frappe - All amazing! They even opened their kitchen to make me their Plant based lunch bowl. (It was that delicious, I forgot to take a pic). Amazing staff, amazing service & atmosphere, amazing owner who we chatted to. Will def come back

Amazing 4 egg omelet. Real bacon and generous portion size! .Great coffee and the cabinet food was stunning. 8 years between visits to Samoa and 8 years since we were last at Milani's. Oscar was the waiter who looked after our table. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you. Enjoy the coffee. Enjoy the cakes and enjoy the food!

Best coffee in Samoa they use real beans !! 2nd time to come food was fresh and delish!! Chicken wrap on point ! And defo try the coconut and pineapple cupcakes!
